Like most standard web servers, we do log certain types of information solely for statistical purposes; IP addresses, browser types, referring pages and the time of each visit are the only information we collect.  This information is not, in any way, linked to personally identifiable information.

Any information volunteered to us by our clients during the course of our work stays completely confidential.  Our clients are our greatest asset; we value their privacy as much as we value our own.  At no time will our clients' personal information be distributed, released or sold to any mailing lists or marketing companies - ever.  We will only contact you if you request that we do so, using only the contact information that you volunteer to us (e.g. phone, fax, surface mail or email information).  We will never request sensitive information on this site (such as payment details).

This site provides links to external sites.  We cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites, and we encourage our visitors and clients to review the privacy statements of any external sites that we link to.

In the spring of 1999, the Canadian Radio and Telecommunications  Commission ruled that they would not attempt to regulate the internet; instead, Canadian companies are expected to follow voluntary guidelines regarding the collection of personal information.

Although Canada has no laws or regulations relating to children's privacy and the internet, we still voluntarily follow the US-based Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (C.O.P.P.A.) guidelines, as well as the the guidelines set out by the Canadian Association of Internet Providers Privacy Code.  We will not collect any information from anyone 13 years of age or less without prior written consent by a parent or guardian.
